About FLS

Frisco Lender Services, LLC, (FLS) is a vendor management firm specializing in fully compliant residential appraisals, IRS Tax Transcripts, and Flood Determinations. FLS offers state-of-the-art technology to assure lenders are in compliance with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and appraiser independence requirements. Unlike many AMCs, FLS does not up-charge the appraisal or conversely minimize payment to its approved appraisers. FLS charges the client a separate administration fee for the services FLS performs and access to its platform.

FLS is very selective about the appraisers it engages and holds them to the highest professional standards relating to service and appraisals that meet USPAP, FHA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac requirements. Appraisals are assigned to individual appraisers and are never broadcasted.
